[Resolved]  Zoomcar — locking the cycle

I was trying to unlock a cycle no102385 at noon yesterday. But dur to some technical error it didn't happen. Thus i leave the cycle there. It was near panchali shivaji nagar. But since i tried with my browser the data get saved. At evening when i reopen the site pedl.in the previous cycle got unlocked accidentally. That cycle was not around me when this incident take place. So i m not able to lock the cycle again. I m trying to reach customer support but i can't. No response is coming even. I have been charged more than rs 20 till now and it's going on. Please help ne out.
