This Is the first time Im Using Zoom Car And i had the worst experience. I was in Delhi Terminal 3 and I've opted for terminal pickup and the guy shows up an hour late and tells me in a arrogant way that zoom car customer care will refund your money back. I had to miss an urgent meet due to this and my whole schedule got disrupted. And there's no way i can reach the customer care, horrible. Bunch of goons are handling your zoom cars who have no professionalism. They talk very vaguely and he asked me to even pay the parking fee .Why should I pay the parking fee, when ive already opted for terminal pick up for which you guys have already charged me.
Absolute worst experience, Im shocked that its such a big organization and there's no way i can talk to a customer care executive.
Please connect me to a customer care executive, I wont pay until this issue is resolved. Refund me for the parking charges and 1 hour delayed pick up from you guys.
