Zoomcar — Made a successful payment for a ride but the verification is not done yet and no updates about the ride confirmation

Today I have made a booking by paying the full amount required in advance before I receive the vehicle and the amount got deducted from my account. Later when I was trying to check the status I couldn't see that my ride's booked. I got to know that my profile verification is yet to be done and u tried to complete it ASAP before my ride starts on that same day itself. But the profile verification was not done by my ride time and I am still unable to cancel or view the ride details. I have been trying to contact the customer care but the attempts were useless. Seeking for the immediate response and the solution for the ride which was wasted.
