Zoomcar — Major accident to my car caused by zoomcar customer but zoomcar not compensate me

ON 2nd May 2022, Major accident to my car caused by Zoomcar Customer, and now its over 2 & half month but not compensated by Zoomcar.
Still i am following regular basis, but replied from zoomcar mechanic that not approval form management side, while that was mojor accident as Right side Bonut Body, head light & major damages to engine.
