I had enrolled for Zoomcar Host program & my car was hired on 13.12.2021 from 09:30 pm Night till 14.12.2021, at 12:00 pm Noon.
The car has not yet returned back, & after following up several times I am being informed that the Car has met with an Accident, on 14.12.2021 late evening,
Then after I have not received any sort of concrete updates or whereabouts of my car, alternatively I am been told to registered a accidental claim with Insurance company & that they have got on Authority letter signed to get the vehicle back from accidental spot.
I need to get the clear picture of the whereabouts of my car, the damages occurred & its mentioned in Zoom car policy that it will bear 100% damage cost, then why am I asked to register the accidental claim.
If the same is not cleared in a day, I shall be restrained to file a police complaint against Zoom Car & its employees.
