Zoomcar — My Booking Refund & Revenue Refund

I had completed a ZAP subscription on the 31st of sept, that was the day they took the vehicle away and then i lost access to the zap app

Zoomcar owes me a refund for the booking amount of 4999 rs and also the revenue earned for the days that i have rented the car out.

Its been more than a month and half and yet, no one answers my problem neither they are giving me a refund.

I would want to registed a legal complaint against zoomcar, coz i need my money back.
