Zoomcar — No Refund for more than 4 months | |
This is with regards to my Zoomcar trip that got cancelled because of Car not being able to start due to Network issues in that area. Trip ID: JPS6NYRWF The trip was on 01/06/2020 and it's been more than 4 months since I haven't received refund of Rs.3432 which includes the deposit for the car. I have been tried to reach them through email since I couldn't call the customer care number which is already too hard to find due to not having an active trip running. Chasing after zoomcar has been one of the most tiring thing I have done because it's impossible to get hold of them and they really don't care about my emails to their support email (sent through the app and also seperately.) Highly request you to get in touch with Zoomcar for the refund. Was this information helpful? | |
