[Resolved]  Zoomcar — No refund for toll charges

Ticket number 1335749

I had booked a trip a Zoomcar which started on the 2nd of March 8PM and ended on the 5th of March 8PM. It turned out that the car that I had booked did not have FasTag installed in it. I reached out to Zoomcar customer support on the FasTag issue and I was instructed by them to pay to tolls myself and get it reimbursed from them after the completion of trip along with the penalty by submitting the toll bills. As instructed, post completion of trip I had submitted a ticket for toll charges refund through their chat support. The ticket number is 1335749. Once the ticket was submitted, I got an auto reply email promising a resolution within 24 hours. However, it has already been 4 days now with no resolution and response. Calls to their customer support only gives me documented answers that the ticket will be resolved within the next 24-48 hours no matter when I call them.
