[Resolved]  Zoomcar — No refund from Zoomcar!

BOOKING ID # JPS6NAGGJ. The refund was initiated on 13 September and it has been over months without refund.
What is the delay for?
I have also dropped an Email, tried messaging on Facebook and have got no response from ZOOMCAR on it yet.

How can I escalate or move it legally?

It has been over 5 months and still no refund from zoomcar. How can I escalate this? Please help. We are all going through tough times and we need the money.
