I’m one of the Zoomcar Car’s host. On 29th July one of the Zoomcar’s customer booked my car and firstly he dropped the car 5 hours late (which I ignored) since he dropped the car, the didn’t start only. Since 29th July I have been calling the support of Zoomcar, wrote to their employees on LinkedIn, tagged them in a tweet, wrote message on Instagram and Facebook and finally got their person to inspect the car after 5 days of complaining and begging.
The person who came to inspect informed that the car will be picked up by the Zoomcar team in 24 hours. Now it’s been more than 48 hours and I haven’t even received the information about when the pickup is going to happen.
My car is dead standing for last 1 week and these guys don’t even bother to show some empathy to the host. Was this information helpful? |
