I am Rahul and I booked a car (car name: Fiat Linea & carnumber: TN 66 T 8259) through Zoomcar application from 28th of june ‘22, 9:30 PM to 4th of july’22. During the trip I have faced gearing issues, I have checked the issue with the local mechanic and he told me that the clutch pressure plate got broken and due to that the car can’t be driven. Since it is too expensive to fix the issue, I have contacted Zoomcar support team for help on July 1st ’22. They instructed me to park the car as it is and asked to send the car images and the location details. So I left the car and shared all the information and they locked the car. They raised a complaint for the above issue and shared the ticket id – 1131293. Zoomcar team also informed me that I will get the refund amount of my cancelled booking and they told me that I will receive a mail regarding the refund claim request within 24 hrs. It's been almost 6 months since I have not received any kind of message or mail communication from their side. Even the support team is so unresponsive during the call. Previously after having a discussion with Zoomcar team they informed me the ticket id for the refund request[protected].
