Dear All,
I would like to put on records that ever since my car has been reported to be non-functional on[protected], I am struggling to get an update about the actual status of my car.
I have no visibility regarding the cause of damage, extent of damage, time it will take to repair and if repair is from an authorized Maruti service center or not etc.
When ever i called on customer care they hold the call for long and then cut down the call, then what is the use of customer care .
Is this the kind of service provided by brand name Zoomcar?
Request if I could get an update regarding my car’s repair and timely delivery at my place or I shall be forced to take necessary actions to protect my interest.
Please revert on priority.
