Zoomcar — Non availability of car after booking and payment

I've booked Renault Kwid today and done 100% payment in advance, I drove 6kms to pickup location of car and surprisingly there was no vehicle. Company lied and making fools of customer after receiving payments.

No one in company responded to call and solved the query. I've waited for 15mins and no response.

Chor company it is.

Never ever book zoomcar
