Zoomcar — Not able to end my trip even after reaching on time.

This mail is regarding my car booking on 30th December 2021. I had dropped car at the location on time at 12:58 am. But there was some technical issues in the car parking and location. We tried to call the customer care twice but got no response. Even the owner of the car came and tried to park the car but it was not working. Then the car owner said to go and leave the car.
This was a technical issue and not my fault. So i don't have any dues to pay to you regarding that. This is the image of the car meter. After trying for 20 to 25 minutes, the owner said to click the photo and leave because we were getting late.
