We booked zoomcar for travel date 17th sep 2020, for the booking we had made a payment of the fare plus security deposit amounting to ₹5000.
We have not been issued the refund of security deposit of ₹5000 despite several requests being made on the app and through email for release of refund.
There is no response from zoomcar.
