[Resolved]  Zoomcar — not giving clarifications about the extra payment

I have booked the zoomcar on 15 july 2019 to 20 july so has asked them to extend it to 21 july and they asked us to pay 7800 and we have payed it and have charged it as 400 per hour and it is already mentioned in their policy that the charges are 300 per hour still charged extra amount and then these people are telling us to pay 15000 more don’t know why and if i am asking for clarifications nobody is responding?
