Sub.- I didn't get the reimbursement till date .
I had booked a car from silliguri, West Bengal (booking id:- JPS695PQB) on 13/12/2021.
I had many complaints
1. The car got brokedown at Vikramshila bridge Bhagalpur 812005 at 11:40pm approx. That car was not started because the battery was dead with the help of locals and policemen they toe the car across the bridge, I had to pay Rs500/-
2. After that at 2-3am I had to contact Suzuki customer support because your support system was not functioning and not been able to contact you, all your numbers are invalid.i had paid Rs1800 /- for toeing the car to nearest warehouse
3 . I had to stay in that car until it got repaired so from 11:40pm 13/12/2021 to 3-3:30pm 14/12/2021 total hrs of wastage and discomfort ( 17-18hrs ) and pressure and discomfort as well
4 . I had paid the toll with cash because your fasttag was not working
5 . The mechanic told me to change the battery because it's dead so, I had to pay Rs6900 approx .
6. I had to extend my trip for about 12 hrs and I had to pay around Rs5000, for just 12hrs and you wasted my 17-18hrs for that I need compensation.
7. Again the car not starting so, I had to call the mechanic dur to some technical issues I had paid Rs5500/-
8. Till date I didn't get any customer support, I had emailed you like 4-5 times still no reply and customer care no. Is still invalid .
I had uploaded the bills already about a week ago, no reply.
