Zoomcar — Not issuing the pending refund

I made a booking through zoomcar for 21 Jul’20 and returned the car on same day. Now it has been almost 3.5 months and they haven’t refunded my pending amount. Initially they claimed that there was some issue in there payment api service when I contacted them through customer service number but the fraud has gone to next extent when they hav removed the service of contacting customer care for previous booking. How a customer will raise there queries in this way?
It is a complete case of fraud and cheating which should be penalised.

I demand a refund of my amount with an interest.
