Zoomcar — Not paying back the security deposit

I have booked a car hyundai creta self driving through zoom car on 16/09/2021 with booking id-JPS6NEKOP. i have submitted back the car without any issues and they said they will initiate the refund as soon as possible but it already been 15+ days still no refund.
