I had a booking done for today starting 3 AM with Booking Id: JPSNIK03G.
I started calling the host at 2:45 AM and since then he was unreachable. I reached the Location that was mentioned in the App for Pickup but could not find the Vehicle nor dis the host got connected with me.
Finally after searching for him or the car for one and half hour, I had raised the concern in Zoomcar Chat to which it was suggested to select the alternate car. I selected alternate car but for the alternate car as well, the host name was showing as same and the “Call Host” button on the app redirected to the same host as previous. Hence no answer again.
Finally raised it with Customer Care Person over call and he assured me that I can cancel and receive back the full refund. However I was not seeing cancel option so he suggested to reinstall the app and try again. Post disconnecting the call with the support agent To receive the otp, I have been trying to log back in into the ZoomCar App but have not been able to login successfully yet.
This has resulted me in not being able to perform cancel operation over the app and there is no other way I could reach out to the customer support for this issue as all the options suggest to go via chat which could only be accessed via the Application. Therefore, I have not been able to request cancellation for my booking. Kindly do the needful here from your end and provide me the refund money back. Was this information helpful? |
