Zoomcar — Not providing refund | |||
I did book a zoomcar on 7th Nov, the amount was deducted at the same time and after 4 hour i got the confirmation like your booking is failed and you will get refund within 48 hours, i did not receive after 48 hours than write a mail to zoomcar, many email i did not receive a single answer, then i reach out them on social media, they told me you will get within 30 working days, that is already competed not they are saying for 3 more week which is also about to complete.
