Hello Sir, I booked the Zoom car on 13th August 2022 online zoom app for my family outing, however, when I went to pick up the car the owner of the car informed me the car is not available due to an alignment issue and will ready after 2 PM. As I was having a plan of leaving early for Lonavala we booked another vehicle and continued with our plan. Now Zoom car and the vehicle owner are trying to cheat me by not paying back my deposit amount as they are saving I have not come to pick up the car.
kindly help me to get my full money refund.
