[Resolved]  Zoomcar — not received my refund amount even after cancellation of zap subscription program

I have subscribed for zap program in the month of march 2020 by paying an amount of rs. 41878 /- along with all required documentation. Even after completion of all documentation part and address verification, the selected vehicle was not delivered to me between 15 to 75 days as per the commitment made by the team. Hence, i requested the team to cancel my zap subscription and refund the entire paid amount to me as the vehicle is not delivered within the stipulated time-frame as committed by you. Even after several mail communication through e-mail, i did not received any satisfactory response from them. Also none of the contact number of their support team is functional.
Even after several rigorous follow-ups since last 6 months, i did not received my money back.
In some the mail communications, they are just mentioning that "we have arranged the call back from our concerned team in order to assist your query within 48 hours at the earliest", but yet i have not received any call from their concerned team to resolve the issue.
This is very disappointing as such kind of service was not expected from zoomcar.
Hence, kindly request you to look into the matter and refund my complete amount as earliest.
