[Resolved] Zoomcar — Not received refund for cancellation | |||
I had booked a car with zoomcar Booking I'd- JPS6N002Z on 12th Aug'20, travel period 13th and 14th Sept 2020, but I had cancelled it much before travel date I.e. on 14th August 2020. According to policy refund must be given within 7-10 days, it's been now 50+ days and I haven't received my refund. I had already lodge a complaint on consumer affairs and on twitter. Whenever I used to call customer care they said wait for 48 hours and now it's been more than 50 days. I am loosing my patience. From past few days, I am not able to connect with customer care executive because they have removed their IVR selection to connect. Now I am really worried about my money. Please refund my money as soon as possible. It was my first experience with zoomcar and that turned into worse. Was this information helpful? | |||
