Hello,
I'd booked swift dezire (petrol) on zoomcar for 15th aug, 2022.
When I have checked on 14th aug, I noticed that my profile was not verified so according to zoomcar policy if your profile verification is pending then booking will automatically cancel,
To avoid cancelation of my booking I've cancelled my booking
Now till today I've not received refund of rs. 2452 on zoomcar application it shows that refund processed but I've not received any refund
I'd also tried to call nd mail customer care but not get any response from their side. Can anyone please help
