[Resolved] Zoomcar — Not returning my deposit amount since 6 months | |||
I have taken zap subscription from zoomcar.com 2 years ago. I have fulfilled all the policies and deposited the security amount as demanded by them. I wanted to end my subscription so i told the company in advance and served the notice period in the month of february, 2020, and then my subscription ended in march, 2020. My account was also disabled by them once the subscription ended. But, they haven't refunded my security deposit amount worth rs.12500/- yet. I have been calling, mailing them since 6 months now but no response. This is very disappointing and i am feeling like cheated. As i have always paid my rental amount on time and now its the turn to get back my money, but they are not responding to it. I have been wasting my crucial time in chasing them but they are too rude to reply even, they just make stories in email. Please help us in getting my deposit money back.
