Zoomcar — OTP is not generating and Unable to Use Fastag

We are unable to FastTag facility even though it is active in the booked car.Our booking ID is JPSNCU68C. As per the owner, this is due to the issue with the generation of OTP. We reached out to the customer care and they are unable to resolve our issue with the OTP generation. On communicating, they have asked us to keep all the screenshots and cash receipts related to the FastTag. What about our wait time in the long queue and the double cash amount that we have to pay? Don't you have any value for the time of your customers? Moreover, the response from the customer care service is not satisfactory. We need immediate assistance on the matter. Please help us with the OTP generation. We have trusted in your services and you are actually cheating us. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
