Zoomcar — Outstanding payment

My reservation id:JPSN7H2KI MARUTI SWIFT MT location was mount road trip start was 26 May, 10:00 pm car was not there at the given location so i called customer care they then changed the location again it was not there this happened 3 times then I received an email at 11.37pm saying
Hi SYED MOHAMMED ZUBAIR K,

We are extremely sorry but unforeseeable events have forced us to change the car allocated to you. Please note that your pick up location may have changed.
It was at pallavaram near airport we faced so much trouble that day then we reached at 1:20am there was police checking everywhere. Then we got the car at 1:40 am official he took a my picture for proof at 1:30am but in the app the timing never changed to 1:30am pickup it was never my fault so returning time was 27 th may 12:00pm I got a call from zoomcar saying sir please return the car @12:00pm I told them I received the car at 1:40am they didn't listen then I return the car at 27th may 7:30pm then again I told them I got the car late please I should not get outstanding amount but they said you will receive minimum outstanding amount. Then I received an email for outstanding payment saying For your Booking JPSN7H2KI, You have an outstanding payment of ₹ 1688. Please make the due payment immediately.i also received split up for outstanding payment saying

Payments Received(-) ₹1, 716
Refund ₹0
Then I received another email saying
Hi SYED MOHAMMED ZUBAIR K,

We noticed that you have yet to pay an outstanding amount of Rs. 5153
I thought it was a joke I received two emails with different outstanding payment.
Then I logged in and I was prompted to pay 5153rs I can't understand what to do actual outstanding was 1688rs I can't see that amount for which they send invoice please I need clarification I want to speak to zoomcar official it would be really helpful.
