Zoomcar — Partial refund is not provided as promised

I had made a booking on zoom car with #jpsn7t1te for a maruti swift (New) for 08/09/2022. I had received the confirmation message and even the location of the car that it is ready to be picked up. But, almost an hour before the pickup time (7.30 pm was my actual pickup time), i received that the car that i booked was cancelled due to some reasons (They have not provided what reasons). So i called the customer care executive and waited for a long time (Almost 40 minutes) to get a cc to address my issue. Since, i had committed my travel plan, i was badly in need for a vehicle. Renting a car at this time would be very expensive and most of them not available also. The cc (Customer care representative) told me that there is another car in the different location (Exact opposite direction of my initial preferred location) so for the inconvenience, he said the zoom car would provide my one-way cab charges to the pick up location (This can be heard in the call recording of the particular conversation with the cc) and he advised to upload the bill during the end trip even though i said it is unfair to provide one-way where i am impacted with two-way expenses as my previous location was close to the bus terminus anyhow i agreed because i was tired of negotiating at the time. After a day, at end of the trip (I returned the car with 90% fuel and earlier than i booked), i was trying to upload the fasttag (Because the fasttag was inactive in the car so i had to pay the penalty) but the mobile app was faulty (I uploaded a couple of times of the error screenshots via the email also) so i was unable to upload any of the bills or screenshots. The host advised to end trip then because he said otherwise my billing would be calculated further and to upload the bills by raising a ticket. But still now i got my refund of rs. 1059 (Vehicle downgrade and fuel) + rs. 710 (Fast tag refund) but not the rs. 228 (One way cab charges as promised by zoom car) for which i am still chasing and the support seems asking the repeated questions and answers for my queries.
