I booked a Celerio Automatic for one day (booking ID: JPSNCXE0M) and was appalled both by the condition of the car as well as the service by Zoomcar.
I booked the car for 4pm on August 5th and it was delivered by the host on time, and this was the only good thing that came from it.
I reached a petrol bunk an hour later and was told that there’s a green liquid coming from the car, and upon inspection, I realised the coolant was leaking from the hood and through to the road.
I called up the host and he told me to make some adjustments to the car - why would I have to do this when I’ve paid Rs 6824 hoping for a car in good condition. I asked him to come and collect the car and he did so after about one and a half hour of making me wait in the petrol pump. He said that I will be refunded by Zoomcar.
It took Zoomcar about 4 days to refund me Rs 3731 which means they charged me Rs 3093 for driving the car for one hour - which is basically stealing money in my opinion.
Based on my experience, I would never recommend that anyone uses Zoomcar. Terrible experience. Was this information helpful? |
