We booked a car on 31/12/2021 from 13:00 for 2 days i.e., till 01/01/2022. The app gave us a location of CDM Technologies and Solutions Pvt Ltd, Block A, Vishwakarma Colony, Pul Pehlad Pur, New Delhi and we went there and to our surprise we didn't find the car and moreover the customer service was not picking up our call. We waited there for 1.5 hours and after trying to contact the customer care more than 30 times, they picked up and apologised and told us that the car was not available there and we should go to House number 844, Sector 15A, Faridabad, Haryana to pick up another car. We thought that it was a onetime mistake and we gladly accepted their apology and went to the given location. Upon going there, the house owner told us that they didn't enlist any car for Zoomcar. We immediately contacted customer care and this time too they did't pick up at the first try, they picked up after nearly 15 tries. They apologised to us once again and gave us another location, which was 1.5 hours away from Faridabad. At this point we got really angry but the customer care executive didn't help us at all. We again went to the third location and there too we didn't find any car. At this point we lost all our hopes and just left. We paid nearly ₹5000 for the car but we didn't get the car. All our plans got delayed just because of their careless behaviour. So, I would like Zoomcar to kindly refund the said amount to our original payment method. Was this information helpful? |
