I have been trying to reach you through the mobile application but didn't receive any response from your end, hence mailing you here.
I have tried booking a car on 5th March, 2022 and couldn't get any booking confirmation though the amount has debited from my bank account twice.
The below attached are the transaction details for both the payments made on 5th March, 2022.
Kindly do the needful and initiate the refund to the nearest.
