My payout for the week may 16 to 22 and may 23 to 29 are still pending. I had raised so many tickets all of them were closed as resolved. I don't trust zoomcar and zoomcar customer support anymore. Whenever i contact zoomcar support team i used to received an reply from customer support team that they will contact me within 24 to 48 hours to solve the issue. But i haven't received any call from them. I tried to contact the customer support team from my end, they didn't provide any proper resolution rather they cut the call without any proper intimation. I have contacted the customer support team 3 to 4 times after that, all of them are cut the call without any proper intimation. Once of the worst custcustomer service which I have ever seen.financial team is a worst part here. They don't even know 1 +1 = 2, I'm wondering how zoomcar recruited these kind of people to zoomcar support. Finally i had contacted the support team today morning
again they are asking 72 hours time. Zoomcar host service is totally a money looting platform and their customers support team is one of the worst part. If you want to stress your life then attach your car in zoomcar platform. #Ban zoomcar Was this information helpful? |
