Dear sir/ Ma'am,
I got a booking for my car Honda Amaze(MH12LV1335) from 7th August to 11th August ( booking no.JPSN7AUE2), everything was fine until I didn't received my car even by 12th August and I wanted vehicle for my personal use on 13th August so I called their host support, they told me that customer is not reachable and late charges etc will be levied on customer. So for my personal use I had to spend money on taxi and go by that . Last week when I called Zoom car they said that they will arrange the payout in this weeks payout, but when I received this payout it was in negative INR 10, 462/- in which according to them they had to return late fee to their customer and hence accordingly that will be taken from Hosts pocket, please see the statement ( Charge Levied on the host to recover for the share of late fee that was paid to the host, as the late fee got refunded to the guest) - Firstly, I didn't got paid yet for the booking, Secondly is it my problem that late fee got refunded to the customer.

I am attaching zoom car statement, Car picked up/returned message from 14th August 2022 .
