[Resolved] Zoomcar Pedl — cycle lock | |||
This issue is regarding my last pedl trip. On my last trip i locked the cycle at pedl station and when tried to end trip it shows that trip ended after that i go home and check app it shows trip not ended then i go station and again checked that and end trip that time also showed me trip end time. After few days i got massage from zoom car that your outstanding is rs. 1917.0 and end the trip but i never used the cycle after locking it. I am already e-mail regarding this issue to customer care till date no reply from them. I am tried to call them but unfortunately there no number for pedl service and i tried calling to almost all zoomcar centre but there is good service.
