[Resolved]  Zoomcar — pending 5k refund from last 3 months - jps6npvfc

Sent the mail twice.
Spoke to customer care executive twice.
Had chat twice on playstore rating.
Got the assurance many times. But no refund yet.

Booking id: jps6npvfc

Now they have closed the customer care number. Its only working if the new booking is done.

Issue is same with hundreds of customers.

No refund yet. Kindly investigate the scam.
