Zoomcar — Pending refund for JPS6N1X4O

I had made a booking with Zoomcar ( Booking ID JPS6N1X4O ) in May 2020 and had to cancel the same 3 days before the trip due date due to some circumstances.
Zoomcar However hasn't processed my refund yet even though it's been more than 4 months.
This is seriously sad that a company like Zoomcar is doing this to its clients. Attached is the screenshot
