I have booked zoomcar on 28th May 2020 with Booking ID:JPS6NYKKL

It has been more than 4 months of my bookings on Zoomcar, and the refund has not been initiated for my bookings

I have been told several time on the phone that it will be processed within a week or so. But I have waited several weeks now.

The total amount to be refunded is INR 1, 709 for this booking. Please look into.
