Zoomcar — Pending Refund since August 2020 | |||
We had a booking with Zoomcar and the same was cancelled on[protected]. Zoomcar system shows a pending redund amount of ₹7979.00 The company policy states that the refund will be made within 30 working days. As on[protected], there has been no communication regarding the same. There are no help and support to enquire about the same and there is no definite commitment from the company side as to when the refund will be processed. Was this information helpful? | |||
