Zoomcar — Pending Refunds | |||
I have two refunds pending with Zoom car. The company policy is to process the refund in 30 working days. It has been well past the deadline, still the company has not made any refund. The company’s helpline number doesn’t route the calls to the executive if there are no future bookings. I have sent many emails in the past days, but no one has got back to me on the complaints.
