[Resolved] Zoomcar — poor customer service, old car, unreasonable penalties | |
It all started with booking. A couple of hours before the car was to be delivered i was informed that only a 'vintage' car with 50, 000kms plus mileage would be available. This in the cv 19 days when older the car, the greater the risk of infection. The car was delivered late at night. Next morning i discover the rubber beading on one side of the roof was missing. I inform the person who delivered the car, but receive not acknowledgement. Two weeks later the wiper blades are worn out and have to be replaced. Then one tyre gets punctured. Then i extend the booking for an extra month and everyone is very prompt in billing me. When i call about faulty wipers there is no reply from call centre, and none over e mail. Then i see a charge for rs3000/- for updating some checklist for listing one day late. I was never informed i needed to fill this checklist and by when. Was this information helpful? | |
