Had a booking for 8 am
Got a message saying issues with booking with a number that was out of service.
After reaching the pick up site was told the said car is not available. No one giving a clear answer.
Then called the customer care spoke with aatika and 2 other people. Was told they will get back. Get a call that the booking is cancelled because no car. So forcefully gotten cancelled from the customer care. All this and the app shows the car is still available for booking.
