Zoomcar — Profile verification due

My profile verification is pending from more than a week. I am able to upload licence. I tried to reach all means to zoom at but no one respond to tej email. They do not have customer care number. Very bad customer service. How can I do the verification . Booking ID JPSNIDXQK
