I received the car in an unhygienic condition and multiple technical issues. After speaking with customer support I was suggested to drop the vehicle back at the pick up spot and a full refund will be processed post inspection.
Later when I tried reaching support on phone call it gave me a message saying I have exhausted talk time for this booking, so I could not connect with support on phone call. I tried connecting via the chat support provided but it always gave me a message that someone will connect in 24-48 hours which no one did. I have tried finding support email address to write message to I am not able to find an email address for same.
I returned the car with an hour, that too which I spent trying to connect to support and find a resolution, where I had booked the car for 4 days.

Details of the issues I faced with the car:
- Unhygienic car
- Rear view camera not functional
- Car was in a battery drained condition when I reached pickup point, where the car host had arranged a mechanic to open the car and jump start it.
- Lot of exterior damages than expected.
