Zoomcar — Refueling charges and late fees.

My booking was from 26th of February 2pm to 1st March 5pm . On 1st March 4:35pm I started my navigation to drop off location and on the way to drop off I refueled the car to 100% and after reaching the drop location on 4:58pm I opened the Zoomcar app and tried to ending my trip and do the checklists but there was error in Zoomcar App and i was not able to upload the fuel picture and continue to end the checklist and moreover the app was giving some error while i was trying to extend my time on 2pm. Then I asked some of the local person there and meet with the owner of the car. I gave him the key and also showed him the zoomcar app problem and also showed him the car fuel reading too. Then I took photo of the fuel meter and also the car from all side and then mailed to zoomcar but they are responding that it's not valid. I paid 506 of refueling fee because I was not able to understand what fee it's for and after paying I mailed them. It was my mistake that i paid. And now they also added rs 110 for late fee even though i am saying it's not my fault with a video proof. And they can also contact the owner of the car and ask him if they are not sure that i am telling truth or not. It's was my first and worst experience with zoomcar and i would never recommend anyone to use Zoomcar . They did fraud to me. They gave me too much problem during car pick up also because the car was 1km away from the given location that i ignored. I am fed up with zoomcar .
