I have done Booking with zoomcar on March 17th, 2022. At last moment zoomcar customer executive called and informed that no cars are available and after a lot of discussions and arguments they cancelled my booking. Because of the company's irresponsible behaviour, my whole trip planned with my family was ruined at the last moment.
Their customer support team promised me that they will refund 100% of the vehicle booking amount as it was cancelled due to unavailability of cars from their side and give 10000 zoomcar credits. But unfortunately till date I have not even received my refund amount of 8572 rupees.
I have written multiple mails to their customer support team but unfortunately they have not replied to any of them. I hope atleast through this complaint i get my money back Was this information helpful? |
