Zoomcar — Refund amount not credited since 45 days | |||
Hi, I had booked zoom car from 2nd Oct - 4th Oct 2020 and had cancelled it well before the date and was suppose to get full refund within 30 days. however i havent received it yet and it more then 45 days now. The call centre number doesnt connect saying you dont have booking and emails sent via app and website are never answered back. i am now stuck to get back my money. kindly help me with issue. below is the detail of trip Booking ID JPS6ND4AT Refund amount 7806 Was this information helpful? | |||
