Zoomcar — Refund Amount not received and no response when called

I have booked a car on may 4th 2020 and cancelled the booking on the following day i.e may 5th 2020, I have called and requested for the refund amount multiple times over the period of past 6 months and everytime they say their offices are not started so they cannot proceed for refund. If they have such issues why are they allowing further bookings from everyone. This is a serious issue and they are definitely playing and cheating the people. Please take necessary action on them .
