Zoomcar — Refund amount of INR 7053 not received | |||
Hi, I had booked a Swift car in Bangalore on December 27, 2020 by paying INR7, 053 (including security deposit and car rental charges) via Credit Card. Booking ID: JPS6NXI3H On the day of delivery i.e. December 28, 2020 I received a call from Zoomcar employee that he has to cancel my booking due to some reason and informed me that since the booking was cancelled by their team, I would receive full refund within 2-3 business days. Since January 3, 2021 I have relentlessly been following up with the Zoomcar team to let me know the status of my refund but to my sheer disappointment and frustration, there is absolutely no response whatsoever. I have tried multiple ways to raise my concern to Zoomcar via emails, app, their website, etc. but all in vain. I am attaching the screenshots from Zoomcar app containing the Booking ID, Refund amount and the current status showing as pending refund from Zoomcar for easy reference.
