My trip is completed on 25-NOV-2020, I have complained to zoomcar customer care multiple times and also made multiple written complaints.
Everytime, zoomcar customer care executive is saying the refund amount(1999 inr) will be credited to bank account within 24 hrs.
But they are not processing the refund, please help me for getting the refund amount in my bank account.
